Comments:
Due to a miscommunication the 12-2-08 Debt Service payment was short and required an additional transfer of funds for total payment due. Bank of New York transferred funds from Revenue account on 12-2-08 to cover shortfall and when additional funds were received on 12-3-08 the funds were moved back into the Revenue account.
